LACA, Los Angeles Contemporary Artists was founded in 1994 by artist Ian Ethan Vloke-Wurth. LACA is a Los Angeles based artist group featuring the works of Ken Ooms, Emerson Balla, Ian Ethan Vloke-Wurth, Patrick Tierney, Karl Urhausen, and Kenn Coplan.
